The company offers cable tv and internet services primarily using DOCSIS 3.1 technology: Within their service areas, their network has been almost completely upgraded to fiber speeds. The broadband service is also available in: Alabama (Montgomery, Valley, Auburn, Huntsville, Dothan), Georgia (Fort Gordon, Columbus, Newnan, Augusta), Michigan (Mid-Michigan, Detroit), Florida (Pinellas, Panama City). Other metro areas include, Evansville, Indiana, Chicago, Illinois and the Chicagoland area, Knoxville Tennessee and Charleston, South Carolina.

As of 2021, the company no longer serves Cleveland and Columbus. Their Ohio subscribers are now served by Breezeline. Agreements are also in place to sell their business in Chicago and Evansville to Astound Broadband.

In select markets, data caps may apply and excessive use will trigger additional charges. The data cap varies by individual plan, but they typically range from 1-3 TB monthly.
